Can You Accept What-Is?
One of the things that often holds people back from easily manifesting the things they want is that they are filled with resistance about "what is".
They try focusing on something better, but their current circumstances are so uncomfortable that they can't stop focusing on what's happening right in front of them and so they create a sort of "mixed signal" that delays the arrival of their desires.
If you struggle with this too, an easier workaround might be to focus on making peace with the current circumstances that you are going through right now.
Even though they may not be what you really want, and they may even be painful or scary, you can still relax into a less-resistant state and that will help you to allow something better more easily or quickly.
So, how do you make peace with "what is" when it makes you really unhappy or dissatisfied?
The first thing to do is to stop resisting the current conditions. Stop fighting against them, wishing they didn't exist, complaining about them, wishing you could change them, and so on.
While you may not be happy with them, do your best to simply accept them. Say things like this to yourself often: "It is what it is. I'm going to accept this, even if I don't exactly like it. It won't be forever. But for now I'm going to make peace with where I am. I'm going to just surrender and trust that everything can change soon. But for now, I accept my life as it is. I surrender to the universe's plan for me."
Can you feel the non-resistance in those words? Even though they aren't super-positive words, they hold the energy of peace. Non-struggle, non-strain, non-resistance.
When you stop fighting against something, you open the door for plenty of solutions, ideas and opportunities to come in! And it can happen very quickly too!
However, it's very important that you don't just say the words. You have to try to actually FEEL that feeling of surrender. That feeling of, "I'm going to stop trying so hard to change this and just be okay right now."
Believe me, it definitely takes some practice to get good at this! Sometimes, surrendering is actually an ongoing process rather than a one-time decision. You may have to focus on making peace a dozen times a day for the first day. And maybe even the second day. But the more you focus on it and make an attempt to actually do it, you'll start to feel a difference in your body.
And when you feel a difference in your body, you are creating a difference in your energy signal! You start broadcasting a more positive signal, a signal with much less resistance, which allows some positive changes to start happening.
If you have a painful or difficult financial situation you are facing right now, give this a try and see what a difference it makes. Sometimes all you need to change everything is a gentle, positive shift in your attitude, and suddenly you're moving forward again.
It's okay that I am where I am because it won't be forever.
