Morning processes
Abraham Hicks
# Morning Appreciation
When you wake up in the morning, before you open your eyes, just take about five minutes to think about things that you appreciate. Think about all the things that are going well, everything that is working so well. Appreciate the sun for rising each morning, appreciate the bed that you slept on, the soft pillow, the people you love, the food you ate or are about to eat, etc.
You can think about anything as long as it makes you feel good to think about it. Feel the perfection of the whole planet, feel how everything is okay and better than okay. Enjoy these five minutes, feel good.
Acknowledge that this is a good day and that all is well with you. Acknowledge that Source energy is aware of you and has your back, because it does!
#Positive Aspects
This is a great process that Abraham recommends not only doing in the morning but also any other time when you can fit it in.
Get a notebook and dedicate it just to the purpose of writing your positive aspects every day. Abraham has said that the book of positive aspects is the best momentum-building process that they offer. It causes you to be more deliberate about your focus. It's a process that will help you give your attention to everything that is positive in your life.
Pick a subject that you would like to focus on and start writing about it. Write everything that you love about it, everything that is working, everything that makes you happy. Don't over-think it, just let the thoughts flow and write what comes to mind as you think about the subject. Enjoy it, it's doing you no good if you aren't enjoying it. Keep writing until you feel that it's enough or you have reached the end of the page. Then turn to a fresh new page and start on the next subject.
It's up to you how long you do this for, but you don't have to do it very long for it to make an impact on your momentum.
#Delegate To The Universe
Imagine that the Universe or Source is your staff that is always at your beck and call. Sit and write down a few things that you would like the staff to work on today, make your requests to the Universe.
You can request anything that you would like, here are some great examples from Abraham:
- bring me ideas
- help me be aware of my power
- guide me to thoughts that are in harmony with my core desires
- bring me evidence of how this all works in comfortable, humorous ways
- help me rendezvous with other like-minded people
Delegate to the Universe and it will knock itself out to make it happen for you. Your job is not to make things happen, your job is to decide what you want.
